I downloaded Shin Megami Tensei : Imagine today. I am a big fan of the MegaTen games so hopefully this will follow the same story line. I'll scan in and upload some drawings later.

Video games have helped me cope with tragedy in my life. When I would get grounded for dating boys 4 or 5 years older than me, I beat yoshi's island on the snes. When my Grandfather passed away I beat Zelda (also in the snes). When I got dumped I beat soul calibur on the Dreamcast. When my curfew got set at 8pm for being a girl and 16 I started owning people in counter strike.

More recently (2005), when my cousin and best friend died in a car accident I beat DDS 1&2. When Dan and I were looking for a place to live we played shadow of the colossus... etc. You get the point. Games have been there for me, so that's why I play them. To cope. I continue to play them because they are fun.

I did this over at Queeky. Queeky is one of those sites where you have to use the tools provided by the site to draw the picture. It alows the site to play back your drawing. The picture isn't done, I am just taking a break to see if the servers are up yet. -To my family- I know I should stop playing video games and draw more. Thanks for the emails and support! I will draw more, but I am not giving up video games, YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!!!

I was watching Sex Drive with my husband and I doodled this. Then my daughter woke up and I had to stop. I plan to go back and fill in the blanks. I have no idea how to draw with a 2 yr old pulling on my arms. I've thought of teaching her to draw.. I've even tried a few times. She always ends up drawing on my pad or losing interest.

Sorry I haven't updated in a few days. I have pneumonia and an ear infection. My mother made me enough Chicken soup for a week. Yay.

[Left] Prismacolor markers. It was about 1 am. My daughter got sick on my bed so I was cleaning the sheets. I got a set of markers for xmas. I've never drawn with markers, so I thought I'd try them out.

[Right] I scanned the drawing into Photoshop and did some touch ups.
